What is EmlakJET and the EmlakJET Portal? |

EmlakJET is a service package prepared under three main headings namely Website Specially Designed for Real Estate Agencies, Common Pool System and Real Estate Advertisement Portal which may be viewed in various languages to be offered to active potential customers and intends to facilitate the internet transactions of real estate consultants who take their jobs seriously.
EmlakJET is not a franchising business.
The EmlakJET Portal is an internet site that gathers sellers and purchasers of real estate and that contains extensive information about the real estate sector.

Does membership to EmlakJET require a fee? |

You do not have to become a member to search for real estate on the EmlakJET internet site. Our membership is free for your advertisements.

I am a real estate agency. How can I place advertisements on EmlakJET? |
|
|
The real estate agencies who become EmlakJET members without paying any charge are entitled to give 2 advertisements. They can attach 12 pictures for each advertisement and the advertisements remain posted for maximum 45 days.
The EmlakJET pay membership options have been determined for a duration of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
Real estate agencies with 3 – 6 -12 month membership may add – remove and post an unlimited number of advertisements during their membership. They may attach maximum 12 pictures for each advertisement and advertisements remain posted for 45 days to maintain their up-to-dateness. In the event no sale / rental operation has been effectuated, the member may post again the advertisement which is automatically removed from the system after 45 days.
In addition, the real estate agencies with 12 month membership may have a special website with their own names ( for example; www.destanemlak.com ) FREE OF CHARGE if they wish so. They do not need to make any extra payment for the Website service. Moreover, the domain name and hosting service expenses relating to the website are met by EmlakJET.
The real estate consultant that has a website specially designed for its agency also gains access to the Common Pool System and may collaborate with other EmlakJET members should he wish to do so.

I am a personal user. How can I place advertisements on EmlakJET? |
|
|
Personal users may effectuate the sale of their immovables over real estate agencies that are members of EmlakJET. No direct sales from the “owner” are performed over the EmlakJET site.
When you place an advertisement for the sale or rental of your immovable on the EmlakJET site;
EmlakJET shall refer your advertisement to the most suitable real estate agency.
The authorized party for the operations relating to your immovable shall be the real estate agency referred to.
According to the transaction they perform, Real Estate Agencies shall get a commission in such legal rates as determined by the chamber or the private commercial institution they are filed with in their region.

What is the "Last Visited" section contained in EmlakJET? |
|
|
THE Last 20 Immovables you examine during the time you spend on the EmlakJET site are added to the "Last Visited" section.
When you leave EmlakJET, you can not display the immovables in the "Last Visited" section later on.

What is the "My Selections" section contained in EmlakJET? |
|
|
You can add the immovables, which you examine in detail and you are interested in during the time you spend on the EmlakJET site, to the “My Selections” section by clicking on the "Add to My Selections" link. Here, the last 20 immovables you have added are listed and if you wish, you can click the link "All My Selections" and send these immovables to your or your friend’s e-mail.
